Continuing to work on the Anglian Water IOS contract I am responsible for;Developing, circulating and controlling both planned and demand driven multidisciplinary project programmes within Primavera P6. Resource loading programmes across various work streams and analysing resource profiles to support the delivery managers distribution of work. Producing regular updates and reports through communicating with the Engineers and Delivery managers and challenging inconsistencies within the programmes.Produce "what-if" scenarios to improve project plans and help develop mitigation plans.

Morrison Utility Services working in collaboration with Anglian Water to deliver capital schemes. As a graduate I have gained vital experience of project engineering and project management in the utilities industry through formal training courses and on-the-job experience helping to deliver projects with budgets up to ~£1 million pounds in my first 6 months. I have now taken on a new role within the delivery team as a project planner from which I am learning to programme schemes ad run reports for the client using Primavera P6.
