I produced models and detailed drawings, helping the team with design development and the management of building projects. I engaged in client meetings to discuss designs, coordinated design clashes with consultants and subconsultants, and supervised with overall project progress for tender submissions.My experience includes working on large-scale public housing (residential & mixed use) projects in Hong Kong for the Housing Authority and Housing Department, as well as smaller-scale projects for private developers and NGOs.

During my work experience, I was actively involved in the preparation and development of drawings, diagrams, Rhino models, Grasshopper scripts, presentation decks and environmental performance reports, collaborating closely with my team members. Engaging in a diverse range of projects encompassing mixed-use, retail and master planning in Hangzhou (China), Shenzhen (China) and Dongguan (China), I contributed to both conceptualisation and schematic design phases.Working alongside senior team leadership members at W-B, I participated in the creation of presentation decks from inception, ensuring comprehensive inclusion of tables, text, drawings and visuals across various project stages. Additionally, I had the opportunity to attend client meetings, gaining insights into their project objectives and aspirations.Throughout the four-month internship period, I honed my proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Revit, AutoCAD and Illustrator skills, while enhancing my collaboration and presentation abilities. Moreover, I acquired valuable skills in managing presentation decks effectively and articulating project concepts and design proposals to senior leadership.

I prepared and developed drawings, diagrams, 3D models, grasshopper scripts, presentation decks and environmental performance/site reports under the guidance of my team members. I worked on mixed used, retail and residential projects in Nanjing (China), Suzhou (China), Taiyuan (China) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) by providing support such as assisting team members with the aim of freeing up their time from time-consuming tasks and to also come up with grasshopper scripts to automate their modelling processes, to build complex facade & canopy structures. I also attended client meetings to better understand their plans and goals for the project. During my internship, I further improved my Rhino, Grasshopper, rendering, graphics, collaboration and presentation skills and also developed a greater understanding of how an international global architecture studio operates and functions.

Worked on OPod & BoxPod Housing projects in Hong Kong (China) and Vancouver (Canada). I prepared site drawings and renderings for tender and also collaborated with NGO partners in Hong Kong and Vancouver. The team also joined a local competition organised by the HKSAR Government to build transitional housing in Hong Kong, I prepared site drawings, developed 3D models to create renderings and diagrams for the submission. For the competition, our submission got merit award.

I developed site studies, carried out design research and documentation for a 2030 World Exposition proposal in Hong Kong as my major project during my internship. Supervised by my mentors, I generated both conceptual/ sophisticated diagrams and Enscape renderings for the project. I also developed my Rhino modelling skills as well as simple sketching skills during my experience.

Worked on several residential projects such as Bleeker House in Aruba and OPod Tube Housing in Hong Kong. I modelled Bleeker House on SketchUp, generated renderings in VRay and CAD drawings for the project. I also participated in client meetings and presented both of my exterior and interior designs to the client for selection. I participated in the OPod Tube Housing project by coming up with initial concept ideas as well as initiating other ideas along the way. I was heavily involved in 3D modelling and also created digital graphics for client proposals. In addition, I also helped design the Weather Information Totem, a fully functional weather and environmental sensing totem tower, and have watched this project progress from hand sketching to computer modelling, then to its construction and installation stages.

Participated in physical model making and computer modelling. Worked on several school related projects that are based in Hong Kong, such as the Island School Redevelopment project, I was involved in designing physical models of the Borrett Road site as well as the interiors for the decant sites in Sha Tin District.

Assisted sailing instructors in organising activities in the course and teaching adults, teenagers and children dinghy sailing. I have taken part in teaching various sailing levels in the Hong Kong Sailing Federation (HKSF) sailing curriculum from HKSF level 1 (beginners) to 4 (high performance dinghy sailing/racing).
