The MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization (MHACO) is an independent collaborative network of over 1,400 physicians and other healthcare providers dedicated to improving healthcare in Maine and New Hampshire by achieving quality measures, improving the patient experience and reducing healthcare costs. ▪ Oversee all data operations, analytics and clinical applications teams for the MHACO. ▪ Lead the enterprise-wide selection of a multi-million dollar Population Health Management Software Tool. ▪ Leading the aggregation of data across different EMR/EHRs as well as commercial payor contracts and CMS MSSP contract. ▪ Established data operations processes and run-books. ▪ Developed data request triage process as well as data request help-desk process, and implemented help-desk software. ▪ Established agile development process and implemented agile development software tool to track backlog and schedule out production work as well as new requests. ▪ Overseeing the legacy internally built clinical integration registry and the transition to the new Population Health Tool. ▪ Work with Contracting, Quality, Care Management, and Behavioral Health teams to provide data, reporting, project management, and business process assistance (internal consulting).

The Northern New England Accountable Care Collaborative (NNEACC) enables providers to deliver high quality, efficient care as they move from fee-for-service reimbursement and volume-based care to care financed by full capitation and global budgets. The High Value Health Care Collaborative (HVHC) is a consortium of 19 healthcare delivery systems and The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice with the mission of improving healthcare value, costs, quality, and patient outcomes.▪ Hired by startup company within Dartmouth Medical School and loaned to the NNEACC and HVHC to establish process and structure around programs and manage 5 member accounts. ▪ Work with NNEACC and HVHC leadership to define/develop clear goals and objectives.▪ Established internal PMO, developed account management process and system to expand product offerings.▪ Work with core disease research teams at HVHC to determine and develop structure around each of the teams, and assist in providing focus, tracking deliverables, developing reporting process, defining value and goal attainment.

▪ Recruited to develop new business, RFPs & proposals, build teams, define statements of work (SOWs), plan project methodologies, and execute projects.▪ Negotiated, won, and managed multimillion-dollar engagements including: - State of MD Health Benefit Exchange (HBE/HIX): Managed $5 million engagement to identify/mitigate risks, develop resolution plans, and provide quality management oversight for compliance with Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) for the HBE/HIX. Earned $3 million add-on engagement based on outstanding performance.- West Virginia Office of the Insurance Commissioner Health Benefit/ Insurance Exchange: Won $4 million engagement and served as Project Manager; developed Strategic Technology Plan for the HIX/HBE. Met with state agencies and developed options to leverage existing technologies; earned $3 million add-on contract.- Maine Human Resources Division: Managed $300K+ project to develop requirements for an RFP for the Division to procure an HRMS; conducted environment assessment, documented process flows, identified issues/bottlenecks within each process flow, developed functional requirements, and provided RFP framework.- Massachusetts Office of the State Auditor: Project Manager to develop 48-month strategic plan; conducted current environment assessment, identified challenges, researched peer state agencies, and developed technology initiatives to address/resolve issues. Assisted with staff restructuring, business process flow, and organizational structure redesign. Provided insight into resources within state systems that could be leveraged to help achieve objectives. - New Hampshire State Liquor Commission: Managed systems planning/RFP development engagement for the procurement of a retail enterprise system for the NH State Liquor Commission (NHSLC) to replace the NHSLC’s existing retail POS software, Warehouse Inventory Management System, Liquor Inventory & Distribution System, and supporting back office systems.

▪ Established and managed ERP financial software implementation department; led project managers, consultants and teams implementing financial software modules in accordance with PMI standards. ▪ Worked with clients including the City of Buffalo NY, Maine Public Schools, Vermont Public Schools, State of Kentucky School System and others on multimillion-dollar engagements.▪ Ensured quality assurance and effective resource allocation/utilization on all engagements.▪ Managed client relationships and met with clients to define requirements, determine internal process improvements needed to address/resolve business/technology challenges, plan project timeline, create/review documentation and establish project budgets.▪ Developed a pricing model to help the organization accurately calculate the number of implementation days per module and track implementation days; continually refined the model, strengthening profit margins and customer satisfaction ratings.▪ Key member of internal design team that determined product features and functionality to incorporate into the ERP product.

▪ Hired in procurement role and within 6 months, promoted to a senior desk, running more complex commodities; managed multimillion-dollar budget and purchasing of multiple commodities including fuel, plastics and more.▪ Spearheaded migration of the organization from legacy point-of-sale (POS)/warehouse and inventory system to newly implemented enterprise SAP system; worked with external consultant on system requirements and trained more than 100 staff.
