We currently both office out of our homes to reduce expenses and provide our clients with quality legal services at affordable rates. I primarily focus on surface title opinions. In Oklahoma, every policy of title insurance must be supported by an attorney's title opinion. I currently examine title for a number of title insurance agents and closing companies around the state. I provide opinions at a flat fee and within 48 hours of receiving title evidence. I prefer digital abstracts as it saves us both on shipping costs and delays. I have examined title in 70 of Oklahoma's 77 counties and am very familiar with reading title to restricted Native American Allotments.I also work with Real Estate investors, buyers, sellers, and lenders on drafting documents and instruments for Real Estate Transactions. If I don't already know how, I will learn how to draft any document related to the ownership of real estate in Oklahoma and have been working with a number of investors recently on creative seller carry back transactions and subject to existing financing transactions. I am happy to help out of state lenders and investors in the logistics of their Oklahoma transactions. My partner Alee has extensive Estate Planning experience and can handle your planning needs in the most complicated of circumstances, but I also have specific experience in helping clients with predominately real estate assets plan their estates, as well as helping families with general estate planning goals. I have experience advising small business clients on a number of issues. As a real estate attorney, I often find myself working with small business to draft corporate minutes, update corporate books and officer lists, and other formal technical matters to restore an entity to good standing so it can convey marketable title to property.
