- Oversee the acquisition and development of new commercial properties from single-tenant to shopping centers with national tenants across several geographic areas including Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Texas- Negotiate leases, acquisition and disposition contracts for clients and company owned real estate- Responsible for financial modeling and facilitating acquisition, construction and permanent loans in various sizes with local and national banks- Create and review development underwriting models to discuss with the board of directors a projects validity, and if the company should move forward with the investment- Manage collaboration between internal and external teams during the conceptual planning, permitting and entitlement, construction and management phases- Represent clients at local hearings during the permitting and entitlement process- Actively engaged in multiple projects annually from conceptual plan to completion
