I am a highly-motivated and experienced I.T. professional looking to further develop my knowledge of Networking, Managed Services, Cloud Services & SaaS. With my experience as a Technical Support Analyst and taking on a Team Lead role, combined with years of customer service experience I aim to provide exceptional customer service to end-users and businesses alike. On a daily basis, I utilize my critical-thinking skills in order to troubleshoot and resolve many software bugs and reported issues from users.I have also obtained experience in programming and web development, with exposure to HTML, CSS, Python, Javascript, Java, C#, C++. Using my knowledge of programming which I've gained throughout my studies, I typically find opportunities in my free time to practice and learn more and further my skills in software development. I have recently found great interest in User-Experience (UX) Design which has enabled me to have a more keen-eye towards the best design practices to accommodate user needs.In my spare time, I enjoy photography and filmmaking as a hobby with great interest in both landscape and portrait style work.
