-Collaborated with a team of three to completely transform the lead generation pipeline by redefining the target persona and generating content specific to that new persona; resulting in a 4X improvement in weekly leads generated, 2.8X improvement in a weekly sales meetings, and the signing of one of the largest auto suppliers in the world. -Evaluated and updated existing company content including website language, press releases, articles, infographics, pitch decks, and internal documents to create brand consistency and a cohesive message -Conducted market research on the latest industry trends to inform new marketing content, incorporate the latest buzzwords, and attract potential clients -Developed and implemented marketing initiatives with deadlines, measurable metrics, expected returns, and easily replicable organizational practices-Presented marketing research, analysis, and plans to both internal and external groups ranging from 3 to 15 people

-Contributed to the development of the campaign's finance plan and raised over $2,500,000; breaking the previous fundraising record-Managed the campaign donor database of over 10,000 unique donors-Conducted the candidate's personal correspondence with top tier donors; including hundreds of emails, texts, letters, and phone calls  on a weekly basis-Coordinated with other team members, organizations, political officials, donors, and, community leaders across the commonwealth of Virginia to create the candidate's schedule of over 30+ events weekly-Arranged 100+ fundraising events ranging from 10 to 50 attendees with some events raising more than $50,000-Contributed to a team effort that ultimately resulted in an over 10% margin of victory in a three candidate race

-Developed and implemented an extensive field plan, incorporating several different effective means to reach targeted voters -Trained and managed teams of 20-35 paid staffers and volunteers on various canvass initiatives-Represented the interests and concerns of the candidate in interactions with a variety of local community and political leaders

-Represented the interests and values of the office in multiple government, community and neighborhood based forums. -Organized several large community events of over 500 people involving federal, state, and local officials from a wide range of different government and non profit organizations. -Created press releases and cultivated relationships with various media outlets-Assisted constituents in navigating the several levels of government resulting in both government and non government solutions to a variety of issues and concerns. -Managed, trained, and interviewed legislative interns.
