The title of Coffee Specialist requires a full understanding of Nestle and Nespresso's business strategies, including Nespresso's sustainable AAA program which works with independent coffee farmers throughout the world - producing the highest quality of coffee through fair trade, environmentally friendly practices. In this position I pride myself in describing this sustainable coffee story to each customer, as well as encouraging them to recycle - as it's one of Nespresso's main goals to be 100% carbon neutral by 2020. Through this genuine care for the business and each individual customer, I've consistently maintained a high standard of service and in turn achieved personal growth.

The Queensland College of Art suggested I mentor high school students visiting the university. My role was to support them for the day, answer any questions they may have and give them the chance to get to know me. I'd describe the journey I'd taken to get to where I am today, the struggles I've been through and how the degree I'm currently within at the university has helped positively effect my being and how I understand the world.
