In October 15th, 2001 he organised his first photography workshop, just for fun, just for friends. 10 years later, he still was not able to stop - the list of students has more than 2600 names on it, the training being one of the longest running workshops of its kind in the Czech Republic.

Thanks to Vodafone´s Rok jinak (World of Difference) he was helping non-profit media in respected news server Ekolist.cz. The main mission of Rok jinak is to give NGOs a chance to hire top professionals who are paid by Vodafone´s grant and use their expertise in the non-profit world.

Editor-in-Chief of a respected magazine Travel Digest (published by Atemi sro, Prague). In this position he continued with top journalism, reporting from many exclusive travel locations such (as Borneo or Romanian mountains) and making interviews with both politicians and celebrities. He was also the head of the production team overseeing both editorial and photographic side of the magazine.

Worked as a foreign affaires correspondent and (for two years) as the chief of the Foreign Desk of MF DNES, the biggest and most respected quality paper in the Czech Republic. Covered dozens of key world events, incl. wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Caucasus, interviewed presidents and politicians and traveled to countless counters of the world analysing international relations, mostly in the post-soviet countries.Has published two books covering his best reportages and stories.
