Interfaced directly w/ end users of many different nationalities w/ interpreters on setup of A/V peripherals, room scheduling, & training.• Provided 24 x 7 Tier 3 support on all Initia products including the M20, M60, and M200 access switches for thousands of US government & military endpoints worldwide.
