He was instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence. Under his leadership, Auxesia’s annual turnover grew significantly from £1.9 million to £10.1 million by the end of 2023.Ryan was responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including sales, lettings, acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and compliance. He expanded properties under management by over 400 properties, increased fixed asset value from £6.7m to nearly £35m by building long lasting working relationships with both volume and SME housebuilders, facilitated the stock transfer of circa 25% of Auxesia’s stock to a local HA, and forged a strategic partnership with Touchstone Property Management.Before joining Auxesia, Ryan represented Custom Build Homes, promoting serviced building plots and customisable homes. He fostered partnerships, ensured planning compliance, and championed custom-build housing as a sustainable and diverse housing solution.He has also represented Savills as Residential Development Sales Manager specialising in sales, marketing and consultancy of new homes across the North of England. Working closely with some of the nations most recognisable property developers, Ryan gave best advice on residential schemes pre and post planning; including final building design, product specification, amenity offering, service charge, marketing strategy, pricing and rates of sale.Before joining Savills, Ryan was Head of Sales at luxury real estate brokerage 'Sotheby's International Realty' in Dubai where he personally sold over £100million worth of real estate during his four year spell in the Emirates.
