Current● Member of a 4-person team responsible for the maintenance and administration of 50 servers, 1500+ PCs, 1200+ user accounts and 2000+ mailboxes across 20 sites in Southern Ontario.● Modernized an aging infrastructure; the result - a hybrid of on-prem and cloud resources● Plan and build Active Directory from the ground-up. The entire company directory was re-created● Migrate from Novell eDirectory/Groupwise to Active Directory/365; 20 locations and 1200+ users.● Transition Linux file servers to Windows, moving personal folders to OneDrive● Administration of entire 365 & Azure tenant● Utilize Azure Active Directory tools to increase security (MFA, Conditional Access) and user experience (SSO, app integration)● Management of Azure DevOps; utilize Visual Studio to build packages for SIT/UAT/PRD● Design and built automated employee onboarding and offboarding app, using a mix of MS Forms, Power Platform, Sharepoint, Powershell and Azure/Active Directory● Overhaul on-prem backup solution with VEEAM staging to AWS S3/Glacier● VMWare mixed OS environment - WinServer 2016/2019 & Linux. Several hosts across multiple locations● Deployed both Cylance (2017) and Crowdstrike (2022)● Deploy 700+ iPads using Microsoft Intune with a migration to Hexnode in 2020● Implementation and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.● Build a process between shift scheduling systems (Ultipro & Goldcare) and finance (Goldcare & Dynamics) to ensure payment of hourly employees● Utilize Microsoft Bookings to build a solution for COVID19 visitor appointments● Design and Implement a two tier Microsoft PKI (ADCS) environment● Build and implement PowerBI Embedded environment ● Utilize scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Power Platform to increase efficiency
