After joining Tieto I took responsibility for a local team of 17 BI specialists and managed to grow the team to 50 in just a year while fixing quality issues and starting up new projects.In 2009 Tieto BI was established as an independent global business unit with me heading the Czech operations. The team I was responsible for grew organically and inorganically to ~120 employees. My scope of responsibility widened to include overall project deliveries, end customer interaction and increasingly also business development tasks.In 2011 organization we decided to break the country based structure and I headed an international team of ~100 professionals in 4 countries (Sweden, Finland, Czech, India) with full business and P&L responsibility.

Worked on a number of global and European projects. Solution architecture, enterprise architecture and project success responsibility. Major project for DHL UK. Roll-out of global business process improvement project for DHL Asia based in Singapore.

Worked in risk management team (both credit and investment risk). Developed systems to analyze client risk profile and report to regulatory authorities. Business consultant for BASEL II transformation project.
