Responsible for the management of a compliance consultancy team for Blue River Partners in addition to other in house managerial and administrative duties. The team's services include the creation, implementation, monitoring, day-to-day execution, and quarterly forensic testing of SEC and State investment advisory compliance programs for a variety of firms across multiple asset classes. Additionally, responsible for preparing and submitting multiple SEC and State filings including: Form ADV, PF, D, Blue Sky, 13F, 13H, and other filings as applicable.
