My name is Ryder Goering, and I recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma with Marketing & Entrepreneurship Majors and Minors in Psychology and Digital Marketing. I am currently a Construction Manager at Highland Homes in the DFW region. I am responsible for the whole building process of a residential home. My responsibilities include buyer orientation, scheduling with trades and inspectors, quality checks, ordering supplies, and warranty.While in college I joined several organizations such as Kappa Sigma, Delta Sigma Pi, JCPenney Leadership Program, and the American Marketing Association. As a member of the JCPenney Leadership Program, a highly selective organization within the Price College of Business, I will further refine my leadership and professional skills by working with other like-minded future business professionals as well as a great network of alumni and other connections. In addition to my interest in the business field, I have branched out into political campaigns. I have been a part of several campaigns including one of the biggest congressional campaigns during that election year. I have learned valuable marketing experience from these campaigns which I will apply to my career. I strongly value my faith and the friendships I make.
