Accounts Receivable Clerk
CurrentI post and reconcile 2 stores bank statements daily. I posted warranty, rebates, dealer cash, and incentives for our two big stores. I also reconcile checks with statements for all 5 stores our business office handles. I am in charge of the AR Aging schedule and I contact vendors when they are behind on their payments and ask for updates on payment. I can send out statements as well as posting and stocking in Ford and VW incoming units. I have learned a lot of skills in excel as well as communication skills when talking to customers and clients. I also working on schedules for deals that are funding through banks as well as cash deals and wires. I also help with Parts and Service schedules cleaning them making sure things are posted correctly and wash.
