After deploying one of these strategies my accounts sales teams revenue increased with 120%.I also have more traditional management experience handling staff within sales and tech. My management skills are focused on coaching and mentoring.For the last years I have been a part of an internal faculty, being an instructor, trainer and coach for an industry leading sales and business development training program.My additional excellence is within digital sales and sales related marketing (content marketing, leads management, account based marketing etc.) using Solution Selling and Challenger Sales as foundation.
