-Provides technical support and solutions for Apple computers and mobile devices using Apple-authorized hardware and software troubleshooting methods. -Performs hardware repairs on Mac computers and iPhones. -Regularly trains and mentors new technicians.

-Project management of Mac and iPhone repair.
