Hello, I'm Ryenne Beird, a Sophomore studying Finance at Miami University. Academically in the Farmer School of Business, I am involved in many organizations; Isaac & Oxley Center for Business Leadership and Miami Management and Leadership. These organizations give me different insights on topics in the business world and help build connections with other students and faculty. For pleasure, I am a sister in Phi Mu Social Fraternity. For the sorority I am on the social committee, reaching out to different organizations across campus and allocating time to meet members in the different greek life. Additionally, I participate in the Miami Boxing Club to stay active while making new connections. More about myself, I am a practical and analytical student allowing me to collaborate well within groups. My top 5 CliftonStrengths are; Achiever, Relator, Context, Consistency, and Discipline. I have learned to apply these strengths through my past work experience. Currently, I work at Mueller's Valley View Farms Golf Course as a Food and Beverage Attendant. Also, I participated in volunteer work through African Impact, a conservation journey throughout the safari of Africa. I have learned a lot from these opportunities and hope to continue to educate myself through future opportunities. Overall, I am thrilled to continue my academic career at Miami University. I hope to continue to build my connections while building my education at Farmer School of Business.
