Great American Insurance Group Tower ProjectResponsible for technology in the construction of Great American’s new 41-story, 800,000 sq ft. corporate headquarters located in downtown Cincinnati. Worked with senior management and various business units to understand business processes and their requirements for technology in the office environment in order to design and implement technology into the corporate campus. Worked closely with architects and designers to provide scaled CAD drawings for each space. Interviewed various technology integrators and managed the teams that worked on the tower in order to enhance productivity and drive use of technology in the work environment. Upgraded the historic Dixie Terminal Building to mirror the technology designed for the Great American Tower. Contributed to enabling the two buildings, which are two blocks apart to be linked together.Launched corporate-wide Video Teleconferencing initiative with business units around the globe saving on business travel and fostering an increase in collaboration with various divisions. Return on investment was realized in the first year of implementation.
