Great American Insurance Group Tower ProjectResponsible for technology in the construction of Great American’s new 41-story, 800,000 sq ft. corporate headquarters located in downtown Cincinnati. Worked with senior management and various business units to understand business processes and their requirements for technology in the office environment in order to design and implement technology into the corporate campus. Worked closely with architects and designers to provide scaled CAD drawings for each space. Interviewed various technology integrators and managed the teams that worked on the tower in order to enhance productivity and drive use of technology in the work environment. Upgraded the historic Dixie Terminal Building to mirror the technology designed for the Great American Tower. Contributed to enabling the two buildings, which are two blocks apart to be linked together.Launched corporate-wide Video Teleconferencing initiative with business units around the globe saving on business travel and fostering an increase in collaboration with various divisions. Return on investment was realized in the first year of implementation. Developed a new division of Great American Insurance Group responsible for the maintenance and growth of new technology in Great American Tower and other buildings in order to maintain the most efficient productivity possible.Implemented internal video streaming service to be utilized for corporate broadcast, or training materials, as well as a tool for agents to showcase products in the field from any device in full HD.Partnered with business units to understand how they use technology and train key leaders on how to utilize other elements of technology available to them.Managed IT division for senior management and their teamsCertifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Lutron, Crestron and RTI
