My main responsibility within the firm initially was to integrate an Excel environment in to our SQL database and then to maintain it daily. This included quarterly stock taking and FIFO accounting but, I soon became involved in all aspects of the business and was tasked with other projects including end of month reporting to the Managing Director as well as statistical analysis using our SQL databases, VBA and advanced Excel functions to achieve complex results.Tasks also included the day to day running of our networks, daily back up routines and, administration of the IT systems as a whole. Synchronisation with internal and external sales for our CRM software using the MPLS network, WAN and LAN by using CISCO for RDP to our SQL databases located in Sweden was also a large part of my role.Additional tasks included the development and maintenance of MS Access Databases, MS Word Templates, MS Publisher documentation, local and remote IT Support (both Software & Hardware), Active Directory maintenance and MS Server Infrastructure Design as well as preparing Windows 7 & MS Office 2010 pre-migration.
