Ryan Keefer is a Partner in PwC’s Deals practice with over 15 years of professional services experience assisting companies with large scale transactions and business transformations. He has worked across many different industries with a focus on Technology, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Life Science. Ryan has extensive deal experience on both the buy and sell side of transactions. His focus on the buy side is to advise clients on integrating a new business, identifying opportunities for post deal value capture, and executing efficiently to realize the value. On the sell side, he helps clients prepare a business for sale, including developing a divestiture strategy, and building and executing a plan for a successful separation. His transaction consulting experience includes enterprise-wide integration and divestiture management, IT integrations, synergy identification and capture, business process improvement, and IT due diligence. A native of Southern California, Ryan has lived in the Southwest his entire life and enjoys all the outdoor activities provided including golf, skiing, paddle boarding, camping, and mountain biking. He is an active family man and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and three sons.
