Quality Control – I coordinate with our skilled team of auditors and inspectors around the world to ensure any purchasing entity receives the exact equipment they outlined in their purchasing contract. I integrate a counterbalancing system for quality control. The first stage is to have trusted boots on the ground to actively monitor the facility, calibrate the machinery/equipment, and verify accurate data recording. The second stage is to use our proprietary software to review both PV (with SELMA) and BESS (with BESSential) for 100% analysis on the panels and packs respectively. The final stage is to have our boots on the ground remove or remediate all the flagged defective products before shipment.Traceability – I discuss and understand the transparency goals and risk concerns of the purchasing entity. I ensure the goal is reflected in the purchasing contract before coordinating with my team at the factory to verify there is continued transparency through production. Environmental, Governmental, and Social – I work with purchasing entities to understand their ESG and ethical stance as a company. This stance is integrated into any contracts of equipment. I will continue to monitor the standards through my team of specialized auditors on the ground at the manufacturing facility producing the order.Industry Leading Systems:SELMA (Sinovoltaics EL Mass Analysis) detects defects in photovoltaic modules during production. It combines on-site testing and monitoring with internal software that continuously scans for issues like microcracks, every module is reviewed and sorted before shipment.BESSential analyzes all battery packs during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The process integrates on-site testing and monitoring with software that monitors issues such as thermal imbalances and voltage irregularities. Every battery pack is reviewed for reliability prior to shipment.

Land Acquisition - With the partnership of communities and landowners, I identify and acquire suitable land parcels for our solar projects. Interconnection Coordination - I carry out the process of connecting our solar projects to the grid. Working with landowners, utilities, regulatory bodies, and internal engineering to ensure an organized and predictable interconnection process.Contract Negotiations - I work to ensure mutually favorable terms for land options and lease contracts.
