-Conducted biomechanical testing and fixture development for orthopedic suture anchors and sutures. -Supported FDA design verification test method development and product testing. -Project Owner: Determined design requirements and constraints. Effectively kept the team updated on progress. Worked closely with supplier to manage timeline and cost efficiently. Reviewed engineering prints for accuracy and communicated required changes. Worked cross functionally to ensure product would meet user needs.-Completed hands on medical device product assembly.-Designed product testing procedures. -Completed competitive product analysis and testing. -Completed Force vs. Load characterization testing. -Effectively communicated test results via team meetings, email correspondence, and technical reports. -Completed testing and reports in accordance with the company’s quality system requirements. -Working knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes (i.e. molding, machining, assembly in clean room, packaging in clean room, sterilization).-Hands on experience testing products in cadaveric studies.
