I’m Rylan Wheeler.I’m an entrepreneur, and I’ve been interested in starting and growing companies since I was young.I always loved the thought of working for myself, and I fulfilled that dream in my first job as an independent landscaper at the age of 11.Although that venture was small and only paid for my gas and eating out expenses as a teenager, I learned valuable lessons:- Entrepreneurship takes effort- Responsibility lies on the founders (which can be scary, especially as a teenager)- And this was definitely for meI’ve spent tons of time developing skills to know how to start and grow successful businesses.I've had some big failures, and some huge successes.For example: As CEO of Tia Tortilla, we made over $18k in 9 weeks, operating only 15 hours per week.Another one of my ventures barely broke even after putting in 50+ hours per week for months while still in school.Through the highest highs and the lowest lows, I love the opportunities I get as an entrepreneur to learn and learn quickly.It’s hard and the challenges can be daunting, but through the challenges have come my biggest blessings and growth.I love being an entrepreneur.
