Oversee and monitor the operations of intramural sports, ensuring the safety of 4,000+ unique participants as well as 60+ officials. Provide detailed and insightful feedback to officials in order to improve performance, maintain professionalism and accuracy.

Work alongside other intramural officials as well as supervisors to create and maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for all intramural participants. Oversee facility operations in order to maintain a clean and safe environment for all staff and dogs. Nightly cleaning in order to ensure a clean private environment for all new dogs coming in. Greeting customers during pickup and drop-off.

Work alongside other coaches to provide valuable knowledge of the sport to young athletes during practice as well as tournaments. Brain storm to come up with lineups as well as useful drills to work on specific areas which need improvement to further the athletes skill set. Work alongside the director and assistant director to organize and hold tryouts annually for each season, evaluate athletes, and place on teams based on skill set.
