PRE- TENDER STAGE - Manage tender inquiry documents; check, review and understand scope of works and key specification requirements, sub-divide scope into different types and other requirements. - Discuss and prepare tender plan / schedule according to ITT requirements and delegate to respective department to make sure of complete tender submission on time. - Prepare “take-offs” (accurately establishing quantities required) for each curtain wall or window type and any other project deliverables. - Prepare and send inquiries as per project specifications. - Detailed estimation / costing of all elements/system required. - Managing complete documentation and submission. - Ensuring compliance with the tender requirements otherwise any other deviations are qualified in the submission. - For each successful tender, prepare a detailed analysis of the final sub-contract sum(detailed budget) for hand over to the project team. - Preparing hand over of successful projects to contracts department, provide such subsequentassistance as requested to ensure the smooth transfer of any residual information not included at the contract stage. - From time to time, performing commercial tasks such as preparing cash flows, variation orders and payment applications. - Carry out other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time by the estimating manager.POST TENDER STAGE - Production costing - Variations evaluation and submissions - Monthly Progressive Billing
