Assisting clients with their SEO, Social Media and Website development

My role at The Truth was very dynamic and gave me experience in many areas of running a small business. I was in charge of buying product and training staff the features and benefits of the products. This instilled great attention to detail and further progressed my abilities to effectively communicate. I was also in charge of planning and promoting community events and overall creating the brand presences (content creation, social media marketing and google ad campaigns).

My role at TMS was to understand and assist customers based on their cellular needs. I was expected to listen and ask thoughtful questions both in person and over the phone. While in this position I was able to develop my social media marketing skills by managing my personal and the store location account where my clients could reach me, stay up to date and leave a review. A large take away from this role is the importance of customer relationship managment, by simply following up with clients I was able to grow my sales and exceed my targets.

For Aldo I helped assist in managing a busy outlet location. My role main role was to oversee the online orders and assure they were being fulfilled correctly and on time. A secondary role would be assisting staff with growth training, product knowledge and opening and closing duties.
