Before launching Shakopee Brewhall, I worked at Data Sciences International, a global leader in wireless implantable devices for preclinical research. I held multiple roles in portfolio and business development, where I applied my MBA and my market development skillset to optimize relationships with customers and organization leaders to continue striking a sounds Voice of Customer and Voice of Business balance. I aim to continue challenging myself and growing with an organization to identify and develop strategic goals, lead and grow a strong team and finally exceed targets and expectations.As the CEO and Co-Founder of Shakopee Brewhall, I have developed the strategy, planning, capital raising and planning to pursuit a small business venture. Since then, we have evolved our business to expand our distribution network and leveraged our taproom to open a local coffee house. We have created a team of passionate and dedicated team members who strive to support, educate and built customer relationships. I have over 6.5 years of experience in running and growing a successful brewery business, from developing new products and managing operations to overseeing marketing and sales strategies.
