Involved in development of gaming machine, servers and portal software. Developed a number of games and selection screens for gaming machine. Investigated/developed mathematical models for games and implemented game logic modules. Developed a number of game logic investigation and auditing tools.

Various consultancy, application development & training activities.Ported ESL simulation system to Linux. Investigated operation of a hydro-electric scheme and proposed, and later developed, a model-based water management decision support system to create optimum generation schedules & prevent flooding. Conducted study for a market research company, investigating their call centre MIS reporting, and advising on optimisations.

Led teams of developers on concurrent development & application projects. Created a range of advanced information technology products, with a variety of GUI styles.Managed the development of ESL simulation development system for the European Space Agency. Performed requirements analyses and produced decision support systems, including an operators' water management system for paper making plant, a change assessment application for air traffic control software and a water treatment works problem prediction & control. Led technical development for large European Union research project. Coordinated teams in Finland, Norway and Italy, with the Cogsys team. Developed model-based diagnosis toolset for process industries.
