My major focus for 2016 was assisting the team here at Futura Group to kick-off a new online product (The eCoach) for Educators, HR managers and Learning Designers aimed at simplifying the creation and design of online learning and Training. The eCoach + LMS provides Corporations and Learning Organisations with a simple new way to create highly engaging learning content and will hopefully revolutionise the time it takes to deploy real time mobile learning to students and staff. For far too long teachers and HR departments have had to spend time focusing on complex software to deliver high-end eLearning to their students or staff, rather than focusing on teaching and learning and real outcomes… Educators and trainers using the eCoach will be able to involve their students and staff in meaningful activities that promote discovery, problem solving, creativity and decision making in a fun and engaging way.
