I have experience not only in the IT industry, but also in the field of general recruitment. I also manage performance indicators, reporting documentation and productivity of the recruitment department team, as well as provide mentoring and training for recruiters. I have successfully automated sourcing and manual processes using tools like Phantombuster, Waalaxy, MyRobotWorks, and CandyJar, which have increased the efficiency and quality of talent management. I know how to use search platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook, logical search, X-Ray search, HH, Djinni, X-Ray, Turbohiring, Octohunt, GitHub, StackOverflow, Telegram, Habr, robota.ua, work. ua and AmazingHiring, as well as browser extensions and other tools such as Trello, Notion, Bitrix and Canva.In addition to my current position, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Communication Management at Tallinn University, where I study theories and practices of effective communication in various contexts and settings. I have a bachelor's degree in social and human sciences, physical education and sports from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute". I also received two certificates from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in Olympic sports in human development and motor qualities and physical training in the system of long-term improvement of athletes.
