In this position, I support the planning and implementation of projects and technical assistance contracts aimed at advancing care for individuals with complex health and social needs. Furthermore, I coordinate project activities, communications, project planning and implementation, and develop field-facing content, including publications and curriculum resources, for interdisciplinary clinical and operational teams and partner organizations.

As an associate instructor, not only did I craft and teach my own original courses concerning race, gender, and sexuality, I also trained students in written and oral communication, research design, and collaborative, group-oriented work. My experience managing classrooms sharpened not only my leadership, organizational, and public speaking skills, but I also learned how to synthesize and communicate complex information and ideas through accessible lectures and group activities.

As a sales associate and bartender at this boutique bar and distillery, I was responsible for customer service, inventory, research & development, and sales. In a normal day, not only would I be providing an exceptional customer experience through mixing drinks, but I would also be actively selling Cardinal Spirits products available for retail purchase to customers and sales representatives. On the sales side of this position, I learned a lot about marketing, product development, distribution, and branding. On the service side, I also did a significant amount of event planning for both private engagements and larger charity events where I was coordinating with vendors, managing on-site logistics, and executing detailed instructions set forth by the client and the Lead Event Manager.

In this summer internship, I was responsible for writing and editing original content for the official blog of the Hamilton Lugar School School for Global and International Studies. In this capacity, I coordinated and conducted interviews with students, faculty, and staff to draft original feature pieces and edited web content on the school's homepage.

During my time as the Executive Assistant to the Owner and Chef of the Kitchen Consigliere Cafe, it was my job to organize day-to-day operations. I maintained his calendar, answered phones, set up meetings, coordinated with vendors, facilitated with donors for charity events hosted at the restaurant, and screened resumes for possible interviews. Furthermore, I also ran errands and spoke on his behalf in a number of meetings he could not attend.

In this keyholder position, my responsibilities varied depending on whether I was working the early or late shift. When I managed during the early shift, I was responsible for updating inventory, ordering and fulfilling textbook orders, filing invoices, as well as communicating with a number of vendors. When I worked the late shit, I oversaw the closing shift operations. Specifically, I delegated responsibilities to my team of 2 - 5 employees underneath me, counted down the registers, and closed the store for the night.
