As People & Culture Coordinator, I oversaw the day to day functioning of the P&C department with a special focus on the employee experience at ReUp. I guided all new hires through the onboarding process, led cross-functional leadership development cohorts, and co-developed and implemented wellness and engagement programs. One key aspect of my role was partnering closely with leadership to keep our work on DEIB consistently moving forward. Other areas I supported included our biannual performance review process, employee training, and administrative tasks related to benefits and program audits. My goal was always to build trust and develop strong relationships across the organization, with the highest degree of integrity and professional judgement.

Utilizing ReUp’s predictive analytics and Ai-enabled tech solution, I provided personalized support for adult learners and connected them to the resources they need to be successful. Key aspects of my role included collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to drive positive results and providing strategic consulting for partners to foster equity and remove barriers throughout the learner experience.
