My primary job is to provide CAD and GIS drawings and exhibits in the Civil, Transmission and Substation Engineering Division as relating to creating, updating and revising working drawings for transmission and substation engineering construction drawings, highly detailed technical standards and specification drawings, graphical documents for environmental projects and enhanced graphic illustrations of transmission and distribution facilities. Other responsibilities include maintaining and distributing Operation One-lines to multiple other internal company departments, updating GIS Data on Corporate Enterprise system for New Transmission Projects (structures and lines layers) and maintaining SPCC database drawings for Civil Engineering. Records Management Liaison for all of Substation, Transmission, Civil Engineering areas.

Primarily responsible for creating feasibility reports along with exhibits, routing and monitoring plats and Master Development Plans. I researched and managed multiple major commercial and residential projects and keep up to date with the city platting and master development plan processes. Created maps of existing utilities and existing features for projects to show clients and City officials in board meetings. I maintained contact information with all city-oriented municipalities such as CPS, SAWS, Time Warner, Telephone and Bexar Met. I have worked on many major commercial and residential projects- that include but not limited to The Forum Shopping Center in Universal City, Briggs Ranch, Hyatt Hill Country Resort, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Bastrop, Staybridge Hotel which is located downtown San Antonio & Slick Ranch Creek Improvement Project.

Primarily responsible to coordinate and manage, the flow of work between the CAD operators that were office and home based, and the engineers that lived and worked in other cities and states. Additional duties include but not limited to review of CAD operators work and the status reports to clients, in addition to designing cellular sites in CAD as well. I have worked with many large cellular carries all over the US including but not limited to Skytel Communications, Voicestream, Cingular, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and General Dynamics.
