I was born and brought up in Damascus, Syria, and came to the Netherlands in 2015 at the age of 17. Since the age of 11, I was interested in fixing instruments: computers, telephones, cables and all sorts of gadgets. As a child, I often investigated hardware components, in the process of finding out how technologie works. Obviously, I did this as a hobby and often broke machines apart as a child. After moving to the Netherlands in 2015, I learned the Dutch language (Inburgering) and informally worked voluntarily as a translator from Arabic to English and Dutch. I am currently working as a Software Programmer/Tester (iFinance, the Hague), and did my 6-months traineeship at ArtEZ University of the Arts on Digital Tech Support and troubleshooting for teachers, researchers and professors (“MS Teams/IT Hopeful Desk”). I can give you support in MS Teams, digital storage of documents and art-material, solving problems of all kinds in MS Teams, Photoshop, MS Office, Apple and other platforms. A friendly (international oriented) team and community is important for me – to get ideas and inspirations. Although I like solo-work, and want to work in a team, preferably with a very culturally diverse group of people.One of my strengths is that I am multitalented person who is always hungry for more knowledge. I dive from programming to fixing hardware, to computer networks, language-mixing and short writing, pencil drawing, 3d-modeling, gaming, photography, video effects, visual design and obviously: general IT Support. I like to help clients and fix their problems. I speak English, Dutch, Arabic and a little bit of Japanese
