Privileged to lead a committed team serving the initial and ongoing formation needs of women and men religious in the Catholic Church. From the professional preparation of formators to timely workshops and webinars, the Conference provides resources, best practices, programs and experiences that activate individuals and communities for growth and transformation.

As Interim Co-Executive Director, I oversee all aspects related to the Conference’s operations, finances, and marketing and communications. Additionally, I help manage the areas of mission advancement, programming initiatives, and membership outreach.

My role working with the RFC -a national Roman Catholic organization serving religious institutes of women and men with programs and services for those in the ministry of initial and lifelong formation, and general congregational membership - encompasses the following:- Brand development and strategic messaging- Marketing and advertising management- Website maintenance, growth and innovation- Social media planning and administration- Database management and e-communication coordination- Development/appeal outreach and cultivation- Collateral material and newsletter production- Office and organizational operations oversight

My role working with Giving Voice - a peer led organization that creates spaces for younger women religious to give voice to their hopes, dreams and challenges in religious life - encompasses the following main areas:- Brand development and strategic messaging- Marketing and advertising management- Website maintenance, growth and innovation- Social media planning and administration- Database management and e-communication coordination- Development/appeal outreach and cultivation- Collateral material and newsletter production- Office and organizational operations oversight

- Development and execution of a comprehensive strategic recruitment, admissions, and enrollment marketing plan- Supervision of recruitment, admissions, and marketing professional staff- Administer day-to-day operations of enrollment department (e.g., transcript processing)- Management of funnel communications to suspect, prospect, applicant, and admitted students to maximize conversion (prospect to applicant) and yield (admitted to enrolled) rates- Creation and implementation of enrollment marketing media strategy (social media, video, etc.)- Oversight and coordination of fulfillment events (e.g, open houses)- Collaboration with Vice-President & Academic Dean's Office regarding admittance protocol, new program offerings and markets, and student retention initiatives.
