▪️OverviewDuring my university years, I delved into Six Sigma and PDCA methodologies while balancing part-time work in customer service. Despite the challenges of financing my education, I optimized my study approach for efficiency and productivity. Post-graduation, I gained experience in the repair service industry for a year before transitioning to a role with a CRO company. Initially as an administrative assistant on contract at a U.S. pharmaceutical firm, I've since evolved into an HRBP for the clinical development department at the CRO.▪️More about meIt's not that I became good at things I practiced a lot, but that I tended to get the hang of things quickly and improve based on sense and intuition. However, I’ve come to recognize there are profound "layers" that can only be gained through a deep understanding of logic in mastering any field. I believe that this will give me the energy to learn and form the basis of who I am.What I am conscious of when working is to be the most flexible and adaptable person in the organization. I aim for a role that allows me to constantly look around and quickly change the human resources required by the workplace at any given time. In addition, because I have a wealth of experience in B2C, I often support smooth communication within the organization by understanding through conversations what other members, not just customers, are looking for. I myself enjoyed the experience of putting my strengths to use, so I gained a lot of confidence when I was able to solve problems.
