As a Business analyst, I participated in a BI platform development project and a PoC that used agile framework and offshore resources. I also served as a Project Management Officer for the CX division, where I was responsible for managing the status of Revenue, Training and certifications, on-boarding and reporting to directors.

As a result of the merger, organization experienced a significant period of change that required us to adapt to a global working environment. I leveraged my language skills to take on various responsible tasks that involved cross-cultural communication and collaboration. For example, I provided PM support in an ERP upgrade project, managed the software life cycle of different applications, and implemented RPA solutions to automate workflows and processes.
