My current company is a startup finance crowd funding company. The IT department contains 3 person including myself (1 lead and 2 senior developer). We have practiced Agile Scrum approach for our software development (2 week per Sprint and 2 Sprint per release). Daily Sync Update among the team, Sprint planning, scoping and task allocation meeting on every 1st day of the sprint. Code Development will be freeze on second week of Wednesday and deploy the latest development version to staging for UAT and Rework. Right now we are putting effort on QA for Web Browser Automation testing using selenium.

I’ve joined this company since 2013 and been sending to Germany for few projects (IRP, ICRA). This is the main projects assigned and I have to work closely with the German team over there for the development One of the project that I've worked called "Integration Project Management" is a web base project management system which requested from Project Management department to support and track the whole entire process (forecast, planning, budget, resources, state management, branch base on location) that integrated with different departments. I've been sent to Germany 2 weeks for project kick off and team collaborations. During the period of time, we (team of 5) have came out the architecture design, some standard team rules and practices (Definition of Done) which are check in code and get latest version daily (TFS), .Net Framework 4.0, TDD on controllers and services, TSQLT on Database (MYSQL), SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, Domain Driven Design (Onion Architecture Approach), Entites framework, Devexpress for front end, and last but not least, Agile Scrum methodology for software management. The other technique skill sets involved are HTML5, Jquery, Javascript, CSS, LINKQ, MYSQL, AutoMapper etc...

I’ve been working in AMD more than 5 years starting with Internship to Contractor and lastly permanent position. During the contractor period, I’m mainly attached with 2 projects (Electronic Disti Account Release & Electronic Customer Inquiry) which are develop for Finance and Assembly teams to support their daily works.Meanwhile, I’ve been assigned to provide support/sustain on few internal applications for Global Service area.After one and the half years, I’ve decided transfer over to Cyber with the permanent position. I’ve been sending to AUSTIN for knowledge transfer with 2 months period and get back 6 Engineering applications to Cyber. Next is setup a sustaining team (5 team members) in Cyber to support the 6 applications within 6 months. After that the team has been expanded and involved in some of the Engineering projects which are Samples Management System, Data Center Consolidation, and Applications Retirement etc. Additionally, the team is worked with Austin Team by running Agile methodology and Scrum practices on the projects to support different time zone.
