I've actually worked for this group off and on for over 10 years. The last job I did for them was managing DISH restaurant on Cedar Springs. I managed the floor, greeted tables, handled customer issues. As well, I expedited and oversaw quality control daily. I planned the floor layout daily according to reservations and servers on staff using Open Table. I programmed Micros for daily specials and menu changes. When I first came on I had to completely reprogram Micros to make it more efficient. I helped restructure the dinner menu as well as the cocktail menu and beverage program. I helped create and implement new systems and proper inventory controls for the back of the house, dropping the food and liquor costs significantly down to standard industry levels. We also went from only being able to handle 150 ppl a night to doing our new record of 460 people in one night.The NLGroup creates hospitality venues for the public to escape within. By combining a hip/fresh concept, crisp/comfortable modern design & a systematic approach to service, we created a progressive restaurant concept that filled a void in the ever evolving & competitive service industry. I solely created the concept, designed the logo and all graphic material. I designed the menu and all other intellectual property. I handled lease negotiations, I was the general contractor and I created the interior design all on a shoestring budget. I also hired and trained the staff, established marketing programs, having over 1500 FB followers before we opened the doors. I also programmed the POS system myself.

Coordinating and communicating, between loan officers and underwriters; correcting and problem solving files to get loans executed. I was the 2nd processor hired; I helped build the initial office and establish the systems and infrastructure used for what is now one of the top mortgage companies in Dallas.
