I am a passionate flight instructor who enjoys teaching and not hour building. If you ever wanted to learn to fly, to obtain an advanced rating, or to learn about high density/mountain flying, I am here for you. I also have a CFI-I and MEI and conduct Instrument Proficiency Checks and Flight Reviews both in Bode's airplanes or yours.

I am a Partner in the Firm's General Liability and Aviation practices where I used my trial experience and aviation experience to zealously represent my clients. I defended GEICO insureds in all manners of auto accident defense. I was responsible for a portfolio of over seventy active cases including the hiring and management of expert witnesses, depositions of Plaintiffs, and investigation of all aspects of the claim during the litigation process.

I worked as a Felony Domestic Violence Prosecutor serving the citizens of Bernalillo County. It was my honor to seek justice on behalf of victims of violent crimes. My primary responsibilities included aggressively and ethically litigating cases to jury verdict and negotiating pleas.

(May 2013-Present) I am currently the Command Judge Advocate (Senior Attorney) to a 2-Star headquarters in SW Asia. My job is to provide legal counsel on a variety of matters including contract and fiscal law, international agreements, and military justice. Furthermore, I work closely with the US Embassy and other organizations to achieve the Commander's desired outcomes.(June 2012-May 2013) I served as the Chief of Operational Law section for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Fort Bliss, Texas. My primary duties included advising the Senior Commander's staff on a broad array of legal issues. I participated in Exercise EAGER LION with the Jordanians as an International and Operational Law attorney as well as working as an Observer/Controller Trainer for five Brigade and Division level training events, mentoring commanders and their legal sections.(October 2011-June 2012) I previously served as an Administrative and Civil Law Attorney. My job includes advising commanders and installation tenants on all aspects of Army, military, state, and federal law. I act as a sounding board and honest broker to help commanders achieve their desired goals while minimizing any potential legal exposure
