Specialize in pre-sales Solution Consulting, Wired and Wireless Design and Solution Selling for both our Philips Provided Clinical Networks or Customer Supplied Clinical Networks that provide our customers a complete End2End solution wrapped around our patient monitoring devices, networks, and telemetry systems.

Work closely with customers to plan and perform onsite "proof of concept/benchmark" tests of the Company's hardware and software solutions.Provide technical and non-technical support for customer evaluations.Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary technical point of contact during pre-sales, implementation, and transition to Professional Services and/or technical support team.Work closely with Product Management and Development/Engineering to prioritize customer feature enhancement requests.Work with sales team to meet with existing customers and new potential customers to present Allied Telesis solution based on customer’s current and future needs.Extensive range of knowledge on all Allied Telesis offerings, from a single network interface card, to layer 3 switches and firewalls.

Onsite support of customer networks.Onsite installation of new networking equipment for customers, including network design and device configuration.Architect company solutions and work with sales engineering teams to develop customer implementation plans.Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary technical point of contact during post sales activities, implementation, and transition to technical support team.Work closely with Support, Development/Engineering to prioritize customer issues and deliver resolutions in a timely fashion.Extensive range in product support and implementation, from a single network card, to 5000 fiber to the home customers.

Responsible for the management and handling of customer calls for technical support.Interviewed, supervised and trained entry level engineers.Provided escalation support for development and research teams.Provided customer support for pre-sales and post-sales product information.Provided customer follow-up on all trouble tickets created.
