An award winning Microsoft Xbox game studio with a heritage stretching back 35-years. My role is to support the professional development of the amazing, world class teams that create the games that players love to keep playing.

PCSE is a support service run on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI), to deliver digital, logistical and support services to every GP, Dentist, Optician and Pharmacist providing NHS services in England. As the Education Manager for PCSE, my role was to oversee the development and implementation of learning interventions across these vast health care communities to support our external service users as part of the organisations communications and engagement strategy.

In this role I acted as the direct link between the UK dental community and Primary Care Support Services. My role was to engage with prominent health care representatives across the country and once established, maintain and develop those relationships through the creation of regular learning intervention and engagement activities. I was involved with numerous high profile projects that led me to lecturing at dental schools across the country, offering Foundation Dentists an insight into their responsibilities whilst performing under the wing of the NHS.

My responsibilities in this role were to support NHSE health care providers across the East Midlands in using their clinical system through the creation of targeted learning interventions. I Created internal learning content to support operational teams and managers in dealing with health care queries and I evaluated the results of targeted learning interventions to track improvements across my region.

As one of the largest integrated providers of qualifications, training, and employment services in the UK, my role as a Junior Learning Designer was to create unique, blended learning solutions for a number of different sectors as part of the governments apprenticeship levy.

Capita is a consulting, transformation and digital services business, delivering innovative solutions to transform and simplify the links between businesses, customers, governments and citizens. My responsibilities in this role were to consult with organisations across the UK to understand the context of their businesses and identify their unique needs, promote my organisations unique learning framework and encourage buy in, reate scoping documents by proxy of a learning needs analysis and get our clients to agree to the terms and conditions of the design, lead a team of designers to develop bespoke learning interventions, design blended learning solutions, support senior leaders across the business with their leadership skills and in collaboration with them, outline personal development plans which supported the overall agenda for succession planning in the business.

My responsibilities in this role were to facilitate large scale inductions and training programmes with new and existing employees across the organisation. I designed blended learning interventions to accommodate our clients unique needs and I coached and mentored employees to reach their goals.I also evaluated and tracked learner performance whilst working with leaders across the business to increase operational performance.
