As Assistant Executive Director, I lead five teams who support business operations, growth, health and safety, membership development, and volunteer management for more than 5,000 active undergraduate members and 700 volunteers across the United States.This position evolved from a Chief Strategy Officer role that included similar responsibilities, but with an emphasis on data analysis and strategic planning. In that capacity, my role included managing staff and board committees to increase efficiency and to adapt the organization to changing business needs.

Uncommon Schools manages urban public charter schools that close the achievement gap and prepare low-income students to graduate from college. In 2018, Uncommon Schools managed 52 schools that served 18,000 students in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.As part of the Special Projects Team, I worked to improve organizational efficiencies across nineteen Home Office teams, supported operations for workshops ranging from 50 to 2,500 participants, and strengthened staff culture through communications that promoted and recognized organizational values.

Princeton AlumniCorps mobilizes people, organizations, and networks for the public good through post-graduate fellowships, nonprofit leadership training, and skills-based volunteering programs.I managed three distinct programs that accelerated the careers of nonprofit professionals and increased the capacity of public sector organizations. Princeton AlumniCorps' work is national in scope, with programs delivered in Boston, Chicago, New York City, Princeton, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
