Under supervision of the financial controller, performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in the finance/accounting department. • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense reports, receipts, account payable, and account receivable).• Perform business transactions as account payable, account receivable and invoicing etc.• Enter data into computerized accounting software (Quick Book).• Compile a variety of reports to assist supervisor in preparing financial reports required by management• Perform related duties as to specific assignments• Communicate and report problems and proposals to supervisor
