I am an informatics engineer passioned by data (master’s in BI and master’s in data science) and over the past 10 years I have worked with multidisciplinary teams from different countries and cultures around the globe, using project management methodology and Scrum. During this time, I have worked on the definition, design, implementation, testing or deployment of many different data projects as: data warehousing, data cleaning, data visualization, data engineering, data analytics and data architecture which have led me to learn and understand about different technologies, languages and methodologies such as: Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Spotfire, Power BI, Oracle, MSSQL, Postgresql, Redshift, Azure, AWS, GCP, SQL, python, R, git and more.Since 2017, my partner and I founded our own consultancy BI startup based in Cali, Colombia specialized in UX for data analytics with top BI tools such as Qlik, PBI and Spotfire. This challenge made me improve many of my non-technical skills as: leadership, management, decision making, delegation, teamwork, empathy, business understanding, budgeting and more.I was born in the US, but I can say that growing up in Colombia made me the person I am and let me achieved every goal I looked for (familly, happiness, study, values, virtues and more).
