December 2021.The book and I were featured in the US show 'Tasting History', hosted by New York Times best-selling author, Max Miller, in February 2023; in less than 6 months, the episode has garnered closed to 700k global views. Restoring our harmony with nature. Arcadia Fine Foods is a lifestyle and education company which seeks to restore our harmony with nature through food stories and experiences. Through its core brand, Et in Arcadia, Arcadia Fine Foods offers culinary and food culture courses and trips exploring the stories of the people, land and spirit behind what we eat and drink. Under the umbrella of Arcadia, I also created and pen Kitchen Backstories, a food culture article series exploring the stories behind what we eat and drink. The column ran in Thailand’s leading food, beverage and lifestyle publications, Bangkok 101, linked to the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Award during October 2018-April 2021. Led the PwC Thailand Sustainability & Climate Change practice, developing regional and global business opportunities, branding and positioning our services in the market, overseeing the P&L and managing operations. Over the course of 2 years, advised the Board and senior management of 4 of Southeast Asia's largest food and beverage companies on their sustainability strategies, Dow Jones Sustainability Index performance improvement and GRI G4 sustainability reporting - including one company that has since been successfully listed on the DJSI World Index. Founded the PwC Sustainability Academy, and also led PwC's strategic partnership with the Stock Exchange of Thailand's (SET) sustainability education programme.
