After one year of studying abroad in the US in high school, I joined one of the biggest startup conferences in the world called SLUSH and that experience sparked my interest in startups. After entering Sophia University in 2019, I joined an innovation hub in Shibuya called EDGEof as a project intern and supported Italian startups to expand their business in Japan. After working for EDGEof, I joined a company called for Startups, Inc., and ran one of the biggest startup databases in Japan called STARTUP DB. I also worked on hiring interns as an HR team leader. The experience at STARTUP DB piqued my interest in VC and I realized that revitalizing startup ecosystem in Japan was something that I aim for. Now, I’ve been working for Dawn Capital, CVC of Akatsuki Inc, and am responsible for investment work, research, and creative design. I’m also working for O Ltd., one of Dawn Capital’s investment portfolios, for recruitment support.高校時代にアメリカに1年留学。帰国後、世界最大級のスタートアップイベント、SLUSH Tokyo 2018, 2019に運営スタッフとして参加。大学入学後、イノベーションハブEDGEofにジョインし、イタリアのスタートアップの日本展開を支援。その後for Startupsにて、国内スタートアップの情報プラットフォーム「STARTUP DB」の運営、インターンの採用、HRを担当。その傍ら、ビジコン運営団体Business Contest KINGにて副代表を務め100名規模のオンラインビジネスコンテストを開催させる。2021年1月から株式会社アカツキにジョインし、投資チーム「Heart Driven Fund」のアシスタントを担当。2022年4月からDawn Capitalに参画し、投資業務、クリエイティブデザイン等を担当。Dawn Capital投資先のO Ltd.の採用支援も行う。
