As general manager, I was responsible for managing a sales team in multiple retail locations coordinated ordering for all locations to leverage the knowledge of our team, and I made final ordering, merchandising, and pricing decisions.I also managed G-Mart's warehouse and shipping teams, including a warehouse expansion that allowed us to store and efficiently pull over 250,000 items.In this role, I also expanded our use of SEO to reach a broader audience. During this time, our subscriber base doubled and our backstock sales quadrupled.

As sales manager, I oversaw all aspects of both retail and web sales in Chicago. I handled all staffing and training, including providing written standards and training materials. I was in charge of all aspects of ordering and merchandising. I was also responsible for planning our events, the biggest of which averages over 1,000 visitors.

As product specialist and warehouse manager, I oversaw all aspects of ordering and pricing across multiple product lines for the retail store and web sales, including cultivating new product lines. I also managed a warehouse with over 150,000 items, making sure each item was stored correctly and could be pulled efficiently.
